Staying hydrated while you exercise if very important. Finding the best way to STAY hydrated while you run can be more challenging. I have tried a variety of options – from carrying a water bottle to using hydration packs and other devices. My current favourite is this hydration belt. I don’t run long enough distances to warrant using a hydration pack/vest and carrying a water bottle is just to cumbersome. The running belt is the perfect alternative – it holds my water bottle, leaving my hands free, and has a space where I can keep my phone, keys and ID.
